Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time  
Because we work with international fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery time is between 7–15 business days for most orders within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 2–5 days.

Delays  
Occasionally shipping delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.
